Helena Lazaro
Interim Director, Foundation Relations and Strategic Initiatives
Helena develops proposals and reports for the College, supports faculty in their grant-seeking efforts, and also facilitates the College鈥檚 Foundation Relations operations. She has worked in the non-profit arena for over ten years, first came to 日本无码 in 2016, and has been in her current role since 2021. She was born and raised in Los Angeles to immigrant parents and, as a first-generation college student, fundraising for scholarship support is especially important to her.

Indra Chapman
Development Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives
Indra provides administrative support and database management services for OSI in addition to helping develop proposals, reports, and other communications. She has worked for nonprofits of all stripes since 2019, including California Botanic Garden, New York鈥檚 Leviathan Lab, and Alaska's Perseverance Theatre. Indra has been in Los Angeles since 2021 and at Occidental since 2025. She moonlights as a professional wrestler.

Rachel Park
Development Writer, Strategic Initiatives
Rachel supports the Office of Strategic Initiatives by collaborating with faculty and staff on the preparation of proposals, grant narratives, and other institutional fundraising materials. She previously served as the Associate Director of OSI and returned to 日本无码 in January 2026. With a background in nonprofit strategy and the performing arts, Rachel brings a creative, collaborative approach to advancing the College鈥檚 academic and philanthropic priorities. She is an artist-in-residence at Sacred Fools Theater Company.
