Rollover Accounts: If you anticipate having a large balance left over at the end of the semester, you may want to plan for a Rollover account. These are useful if you move off-campus, stay over summer/winter break, or move to a lower meal plan.
Bulk Purchases & Case Sales
If you have a large balance and wish to spend it, please follow these guidelines:
-
The Marketplace: This is the best location for bulk purchases. The Marketplace sells cases subject to supply on hand seven days a week. Just ask any manager or cashier.
-
Pro-Tip: While we increase orders this time of year, storage is limited and items will run out. Please don't wait until the last minute. Weekday mid-afternoons (except Thursdays) are the best time to buy in bulk.
-
The Tiger Cooler: The Cooler has very small storage facilities and will limit purchases to keep stock on hand for regular business. The Cooler sells cases Monday鈥揟hursday only.
-
Guidelines: We do not sell cases of bottled water. No cases may be ordered in advance or put on hold. We cannot lend out carts, so please bring enough "person-power" to transport your items. Food drives may not be organized using items purchased in dining facilities.
Security & Conduct
Caution: If you are leaving campus early, please resist the temptation to give your ID card to a friend. ID cards and meal plans are not transferable. Both parties will be referred to the Conduct Process (this includes graduating seniors). Our cashiers do check ID cards to ensure they are not being used fraudulently.
